  We attended their annual old fashioned Baptist Camp Meeting from 1986 to 2008 every year and again in 2016. God has always dealt with our hearts at this meeting. Additionally we have attended their regular church services with the current pastor a couple times. The Bible is taught and its principles are challenged to be followed.

  This review is for Camp Achor that SSBT does every year. There is no better place to revive your spirit, lift up your soul and convict your heart. The people of SSBT minister to everyone that comes to camp from the way that they feed you, teach you and your children, and preach to your heart. It starts the 1st Sunday after the 4th of July and runs 4 to 5 days. There are classes in the morning and afternoon for children through the 6th grade and the teens meet for their own afternoon session while the adults meet for services. This is a church ministry so the total cost is for the insurance at $3 per person for the whole week which includes dormitory lodging and 3 fantastic meals per day. This is a fantastic week that will change your life. If their regular church is anything like their camp, then this would be an excellent church to attend.
