  My husband and I worked with Chris Janowiak to develop prepaid plans for our funerals. He was extremely helpful, and easy to work with! He answered all our questions patiently and thoroughly and always checked to make sure we completely understood the answers and the implications of our choices. He was always professional, but also helped us feel relaxed. He took all the time we needed and we felt free to bring up any question or concern we had. If he didn't know the answer to a detailed question he would research it right away to make sure we had accurate information.
  Chris made the whole process much easier than we thought it would be! Thank you Chris!

  Absolutely wonderful to work with. Our family has had to use them multiple time. They make you feel like family. Never pushy, full of suggestions and ideas. Very versed on laws and acceptable practices.

  I cannot say enough about just how amazing Chris, Sandy, Kim & the rest of the team here m are! My Mother passed very suddenly & due to being laid to rest in the UP we had to move forward with the process a bit quickly since once the ground frosts, we'd have waited until the spring to interre her.
  The compassion, honor & dignity and the respect they gave not only my Mom, but myself and my family as well was just beyond phenomenal. We did some anatomical donations & Chris was concerned about how her arms would look & personally called to ensure that my Mom would look as beautiful as possible. Chris then drove well over 20+ hours to see my Mother interred in the Upper Peninsula, stayed through both of the services & checked in to ensure my husband and myself made it home safely.
  Words nor a 5 Star Google review cannot encompass the deepest, most profound gratitude of our family for everything Janowiak did to ensure that the entire process was handled in the most quick, efficient way possible & was fundamental to making sure that my Mom's wishes were honored to have a traditional Lutheran service & was safely taken home to the UP to be laid to rest with her family surrounding her.
