  Easy funeral planning process for my Grandmother with great recommendations for funeral programs (United Sons in Ypsilanti, MI) and flowers (Thrifty Flowers Ann Arbor, MI). Tyrone is very helpful.

  My family and I had a horrible experience with them in July of 2015. They left my father in the morgue for 48 hours and did not come and pick him up after he had passed like they said they would. Our family was stressed. We lost our father. They should've been there to make this process easy for us. Instead they made it more of a headache and added to our heartbreak.
  
  We ended up going with Nie Funeral Home on Carpenter Road. I highly recommend them!
  
  I've also had other family members that have had issues with them. When my aunt passed at the end of last year (2016), they insisted that they couldn't do the funeral when the family wanted it because they were at capacity with TWO FUNERALS for that day. What funeral home only has enough staff to do two funerals on a SATURDAY?!
  
  These people are reckless. If you want to give your loved one a proper celebration DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! If you want peace and support in your time of bereavement DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. I'd give them zero stars if I could.
